Where did all the Doctors go? ...or, How did the legislature scare off all the Doctors? This REALLY SUCKS for those of use who have legitimate diseases that only medical marijuana can treat. Thank you abusers and liars. In my opinion, I personally suspect the law enforcement lobbyists for mis-informing the legislative sub-committee on medical marijuana in 2010 and 2011, based on their presentations to them, which I witnessed and I perceived as in-accurate. (Such as: incorrect stats on false increase in teen use of cannabis - it actually decreased.)(Solution? Court is a good place to start, I think. So is voting - with MASS VOTING we can actually change things, BUT, most people are apathetic and poor.)

If you decide that your health, life, and economic status are worth it, then VOTE. If you don't care, do something else...

They took my JOB!!! According to the Law in Montana, a FUNDAMENTAL right to a job is guaranteed by the MT Constitution, which is supported by a wealth of supporting case presidence and written about in many treatises. The legislature in Montana took actions which removed many of our opportunities for employment. We can deal with this in 2 ways: 1) create a better business, hiring employees, and, 2) sue in court...suing is like being a Navy Seal with a High Powered Sniper Rifle - take em out with strategy. (I'm not advocating bodily harm on humans tho - peaceful paper-based resistance.)

SB 423 - WHAT IT HAS DONE... All dispensaries are closed. All travelling clinics are closed. 90% of the patients who needed to renew their cards have been unable to find a doctor. Despite the Court decision in 2011 that ELIMINATED the 25-patient LIMIT on doctors and the patient LIMIT on providers......Can't get your card? Now you know why.
